Emerging policy for EMEA customer contracts that pre-date new pricing & packaging

Customers who are still on a contract that pre-dates the new EMEA pricing & packaging model introduced by Delib in November 2024 should be treated as though they are on the Standard package, but with the follow caveats and exceptions:

• The admin limits should not be enforced for these customers, since they have not agreed to them contractually.
• If a customer is already paying the same amount (or close to) as they would need to pay to be on Enterprise package then we should treat them as such.
• There may be other customers that should be treated as Enterprise package customers for another reason, and if you feel this is the case then you should discuss and agree this with Jessie.

NB. This is the current policy at the time of writing as we prepare for the launch of CS8 (June 2025) but it may change in the future, particularly with the development and release of more activity templates.
