Security settings in Simulator

We provide you with a secure administrator log-in to your Simulator at site deployment. This allows you to set up the site and to access the response data once your simulator is open for submissions. We will only log into your site if you ask us to in order to help you with a technical query.

It's important that you keep the log-in details in a safe place, but to provide extra security, if you remain logged into the site but inactive, you will be logged out 48 hours after last activity. If this happens, all this will mean is that you need to log in again when you next come to use the admin side of the site.
