Citizen Space training in the UK & Europe - what we offer

We provide different types of training to suit your organisation's needs. Below we've set out some of the advantages of each type of session available, to help you work out what would work best for you if you're a UK customer.

Training for individuals - online

£150 (+VAT) per person

  • If it's only you or a small number of people from your organisation who require training, you and/or your colleagues can attend one of our online sessions, to receive training on all the fundamentals of using Citizen Space from one of our customer success managers. We frequently run full-day online training session (10am - 4pm) and you can find out more an book places on these via our website.
  • You'll also have the benefit of meeting trainees from other organisations using Citizen Space, who are likely to be doing a similar job role to you.

Group training session for up to 10 attendees

£1,200 (+VAT) for standard / £1,500 (+VAT) for advanced

  • For larger groups of up to 10 people we can come to your office, a venue of your choice or deliver training online via video call/screen share. Again, this is full day's session (10am - 4pm). 
  • The training will cover the fundamentals of Citizen Space (standard) or more specific / advanced features of the platform depending on your needs. 
  • Whether the session is standard or advanced, we can shape the agenda to meet your organisation's bespoke requirements and focus on the features in the platform that are of most interest or going to be most useful to your team. This format is also recommended if you have a lot of specific questions about slotting Citizen Space into your organisation's engagement processes.
  • If you want a focus on specific features please ensure you discuss this with your customer success manager before booking your session.

Geospatial training session for up to 10 attendees

£900 (+VAT)

  • For larger groups of up to 10 people we can come to your office, a venue of your choice or deliver this online via video call/screen share. This is a half day's session (i.e. 3.5 hours).
  • The training will cover the mapping functionality of Citizen Space and requires basic understanding of how Citizen Space works. We do not cover building surveys, adding content or other parts from the Fundamentals of Citizen Space training in the Geospatial training as this knowledge is assumed.

Analysis training session for up to 10 attendees

£900 (+VAT)

  • For larger groups of up to 10 people we can come to your office, a venue of your choice or deliver this online via video call/screen share. This is a half day's session (i.e. 3.5 hours).
  • This half-day advanced session is aimed at confident, experienced Citizen Space users and will give you all the information you need to make best use of Citizen Space's built-in analysis tools.

Response publishing session for up to 10 attendees

£900 (+VAT)

  • For larger groups of up to 10 people we can come to your office, a venue of your choice or deliver this online via video call/screen share. This is a half day's session (i.e. 3.5 hours).
  • This half-day advanced session is aimed at confident, experienced Citizen Space users and will give you all the information you need to make best use of Citizen Space's built-in response publishing tools.

Consultancy

£150 per hour or £900 for full day (6 hours) (+VAT)

  • If you're preparing for a particular engagement activity and would like expert assistance in planning, designing or building it, we can come and spend the day at your office or arrange a remote session via video call/screen share to work with you on the activity.
  • Generally, consultancy sessions work better with a smaller group of about 4 or 5 people who are involved in design and build of the particular activity.
  • If you or your team has a lot of questions for us about how best to use Citizen Space to run a particular activity, it can be more efficient in the long run to set aside a day and arrange for a customer success manager to come and talk through all of your requirements and queries in person and build the activity at your side.
