Simple survey template

Use Simple Survey to gather feedback, opinions, or insights and quickly understand the sentiment. This template has some built-in functionality to make it easy to get started with building your activity.

Simple surveys are a streamlined, linear version of Survey, for shorter surveys that respondents can complete in one go. It removes all email-related interactions, including the ‘Save and return’ feature and the ‘Almost done’ page. Mailing list signup will not be available for respondents.

  • staff engagement surveys
  • customer satisfaction surveys

Key things to know

  • No 'Almost done' page - the respondent submits straight from the last page of the survey.
  • No 'Save and return' option.
  • No capability to automatically email the respondent.
  • No mailing list signup.
  • No option to switch to a non-linear survey.
