Release notes: Dialogue v8.11

We made an important change to the contact page in Dialogue this week (week commencing 9th Feb 2026). 

What’s changed

The contact form has been removed from Dialogue Contact page. 

Why we’ve made this change

This decision is based on customer feedback, improving email deliverability, and making it consistent with the contact page in Citizen Space.

What you need to do

The contact page URL remains the same, but will now just have informational text. This change means that you’ll need to ensure the text is up-to-date. You will need to provide a way for people to contact you, either via a link to your corporate site, a link to your Citizen Space contact page, or by providing direct contact/email information.
