Release notes: Dialogue v1.7.0

This upgrade will not affect all Dialogue instances. Affected users will be notified.

For administrators:

• Through-the-web customisable demographics:- now, all customer-added demographics are shown on the signup form- demographics are not publicly visible on the user's profile but are all exportable by admins.

For end-users:

• Registering to join a Dialogue will now send users back to where they started, which makes registering for private discussions much easier.
• Search results now show which discussion each idea belongs to.
• IE10 users can now add ratings without any problems.

We have also made some more general performance improvements inside Dialogue.
