Release notes: Citizen Space v7.7

Citizen Space v7.7 will be rolled out to customer sites in your allocated overnight maintenance window in the week commencing Monday 28th March 2022. This smaller release contains one visible change and a big chunk of other work behind the scenes.

Filtering users by Position

It's an update many of you have asked for — and that's the ability to filter your list of users by their permission level. Once the update is applied in your overnight window next week, you'll see a nice dropdown on your Users page with all the different positions listed. If you apply a filter, it'll give you the list of all users with that permission level, and you'll be able to download that filtered list of users, too.

Alongside this, more work has been going on in the basement of Citizen Space to get ready for further improvements to how users can be managed, and how we can deliver more granular permissions and protections. We're running this as a dedicated project of work alongside all the other maintenance and improvement updates we make throughout the year, so that we can work more efficiently and deliver more for you.
