Analysts - I've been added to a Citizen Space activity as an analyst, what do I need to know?

Citizen Space activity owners can give Analysts access to their activity to assist with analysing response data and, if Response Publishing is enabled, moderate responses.

Step 1 -  You must be a user on the platform so please be in touch with your Organisations site admins to set up your user account

Step 2 - Once a user the activity owner can assign you as an analyst to their activity.

How do I access the activities I've been assigned to?

Once logged in you can view activities you are assigned to by selecting the Analyse Activities link in the dark grey admin navigation bar across the top of the screen.

This heading will only appear for users who have been assigned as an analyst to at least one activity.

What can I see on the dashboard?

As an Analyst assigned to an activity you will not be able to view or interact with the top section of a Citizen Space dashboard. This means you cannot change or edit any of the activity content or publish or retract an activity.
