How to bulk reassign activities

You may find that you need to reassign all of the activities a user owns (for example, if someone is leaving your organisation).

A Workspace Admin or Site Admin can either change the owner from each individual activity's dashboard, or a Site Admin can use the bulk reassign function to reassign all activities owned by a particular user to either themselves or another site admin.

How to bulk reassign activities

  1. Go to Settings > Users and select the user.
  2. From the user's profile, select 'Manage user access'.

  3. Select the 'Reassign Owned Activities' button.

  4. In the popup box, as soon as you activate the search box a dropdown list will provide a list of all site admin users. You can also enter the user's name or email address to filter and/or find the relevant user.

  5. Select 'Reassign Activities'.

The current owner is now removed from the activities, and those activities have now been reassigned to the selected site admin.
