Release notes: Citizen Space v7.57

Citizen Space version 7.57 was released the week beginning 17th March 2025.

This update includes several enhancements designed to improve both the respondent experience and administrative workflows.

Live character count

There is now a live countdown for respondents if you set a character limit on a multiple lines text. This makes it easier for respondents to track their remaining characters and shape their answers accordingly.

Enhanced response review

We've improved the legibility of qualitative answers in the 'Responses by Question' view. Response IDs now appear on a single line, and alternating background colours between rows make it easier to visually scan through submissions.

Workspace member export

Site Administrators and Workspace Administrators can now download a complete list of Workspace members (including names and email addresses) directly from the Workspace Members screen.

In addition to these visible improvements, we've made several under-the-hood changes to enhance overall system performance and stability.
