Easy Read activity type

The Easy Read activity type is only available as part of the Participation Plus+ add-on package. Please speak to your customer success manager are interested in learning more about it.

Use Easy Read to present information in an inclusive format that is simple to understand and engage with. All copy has a larger font size, along with simplified wording on buttons, overview page, confirm submit page and thanks page.

This template provides built-in Easy Read shortcodes and question types that combine supportive imagery with text. Buttons and other default template copy use plain language. A set of editable default questions helps you get started quickly, making it easy to create inclusive experiences aligned with Easy Read guidelines.

Key things to know

  • No 'Save and return' option.
  • No option to switch to a non-linear survey.
  • Mailing list signup turned off by default.
  • Currently the template is only available in English.
