Citizen Space 8 has arrived! 🚀

There are major changes to our platform including visible changes to activity dashboards and more flexible activity templates available.

So rather than building a platform bloated with unnecessary and costly features, we've created something more powerful: a flexible foundation that can bend to your processes, integrate with tools you already use, and evolve with your needs.

3 core capabilities unlocked

The three core capabilities unlocked are customisations, integrations and automations. Customisations, represented by an flat lay of tools, allow you to select or commission the exact right tool for the job. Integrations, represented by two hands each holding a puzzle piece that fit into one another, to offer seamless connections with your existing systems that you use and love. And Automations, with an image of a robot against a chalkboard, to streamline repetitive processes for maximum efficiency.

A library of activity templates

Our new (and expanding) library of templates means you can ditch the bits you don't need, find the stuff you do quicker, and publish faster. These pre-built, expert-designed templates allow for rapid deployment of common activity types including survey, form, event registrations, and general call to action pages. We can also create custom templates tailored to your own government processes, from statutory consultation to licensing and more.

Redesigned activity dashboards

Sleeker, more intuitive dashboards that display exactly what you need, when you need it. These context-aware activity type dashboards transform how teams can view and work with data, putting the most important information front and centre. You can quickly see response counts, recent submissions, closing date tracking, quick previews and more.

Streamlined activity builds and analysis

Activities have a whole new navigation menu. We broke apart Edit Activity Details and structured the navigation in a way that makes more sense and follows the journey of an engagement activity from build and design, to analysis, to reporting. You'll also notice we've been able to address many of your feature requests in this update too, making your daily workflows smoother and more intuitive.
